Strangely, the Black Cloaked Envoy shows up just in time to save them.

A strange doctor is found who might be able to fix Chief Zhao’s eyes. He catches Da Quin spying on him using dark energy. The doctor refuses to treat Chief Zhao. Shen Wei demonstrates that he’ll do anything to help Chief Zhao and the doctor relents, but there are scary side effects that cause more problems. Finally La Qian secretly emails the team with a suggested cure that involves the artifact.

Da Quin tries to get his early memories back which leads him to suspect the Dark Cloaked Envoy. He follows him and Chief Zhao as they go to the underworld to learn about a new artifact.
