A messenger from a Brokerage House, carrying $5000 in negotiable bonds, is the SILENT GUN's second victim. The Green Hornet and Kato respond in the infamous Black Beauty and hit the streets to track down this villainous culprit.

After a kidnapping, engineered by Low Sing, a challenge between Low Sing & Kato results in an interesting result.

After finding out from Sabrina Bradley, Managing Editor of the Daily Express, that a copy Black Beauty was produced for the Press Club's Masquerade Ball, the real Green Hornet sets a trap with her help.
